A proud North Carolina native, Carla was born and raised in Mebane and now happily calls it home again after spending more than a decade living in Raleigh. With deep roots in both the Triangle and Alamance County, she brings extensive local knowledge, strong community connections, and a genuine passion for helping clients find where they belong.

Carla has been a licensed realtor since 2019, is a Meredith College alum with a degree in Interior Design and has had a 12+ year career in the new construction industry spanning from design and marketing to estimating and project management. Her hands-on experience gives clients a unique advantage, offering valuable insight into the homebuilding process across both luxury and production markets. Carla also had the exciting opportunity to work on luxury estate homes in Oahu, Hawaii, where she worked closely with an international clientele and gained invaluable experience delivering high-level customer service and personalized attention.

Known for her approachable personality, eye for design, and commitment to making the process enjoyable, Carla loves helping clients navigate every stage of their real estate journey — whether it’s buying a first home, building a dream home, or preparing to sell.
