A Jersey Girl for over 50 years, I grew up spending my summers at the shore and my shopping days at the mall. After enduring countless winters of shoveling snow, my family and I decided it was time to make a change and head south. After careful research, we found that Wilmington, North Carolina, offered the perfect balance of beach life, a charming historic downtown, an incredible art scene, and great food. With its vibrant coffee culture, thriving breweries, and live music, Wilmington quickly became home, and we feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this dynamic community. 

When I first moved to Wilmington, I was working at the corporate office of Bed Bath & Beyond, managing a team that handled website data. But after settling here, I decided to pursue a long-held career goal: real estate. While my family had been involved in commercial real estate in New Jersey, the residential side always called to me. I took a leap and enrolled in real estate classes, and I haven't looked back since.
